Returns and Refunds


If you have ordered a print and it arrived damaged please email me at ask@alexander-kolls.com with attached photographs describing and showing the damage to the print and/or packaging as soon as possible. We will file a claim on your behalf with our shipping provider. Please save all original packaging so that our shipping provider may retrieve the print.

Be advised that I strive to only do business with the most professional print makers in order to ensure that you receive the highest quality product. However, as I outsource my print making there are aspects of the process out of my control. A metal print may have slightly raised bumps approximately the size of a period. An acrylic print may have slightly raised bumps and/or minor dust particle trapped under the acrylic sheet. I cannot guarantee that the color of the print will perfectly match the color of the image on your monitor as each monitor may be calibrated differently. Such issues stated are not grounds for a reprint or refund.

If you wish you cancel an order you have 24 hours after purchasing to do so. Be advised that all prints are made to order, and that the process of producing the print will have begun 24 hours after the order was placed.
